AA/NA/Double Trouble

Twelve Step Support Groups

Though River Edge offers space for groups to meet, the Twelve Step groups are organized and led by persons in recovery, not counselors or clinicians. A person in recovery for a period of time leads each group based on approved AA, NA or Double Trouble literature, and any individual with substance use disorder seeking recovery is welcome to attend. There is no cost to attend any Twelve Step group, though persons attending may voluntarily contribute if desired.

Alcoholics Anonymous

Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) offers Twelve Step support groups for individuals with a desire to stop drinking alcohol.

Narcotics Anonymous

Narcotics Anonymous (NA) offers Twelve Step support groups for individuals seeking recovery from dependency on mood altering chemicals other than alcohol.

Double Trouble

Double Trouble offers Twelve Step support groups for individuals who have both a substance use disorder and a mental health condition.
